What to expect

Considering therapy is a significant step, and I'm here to ensure you feel supported from the very beginning.

We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to share what's on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. There's no obligation, just a chance for us to see if we're a good fit.

If we decide to move forward, our first full session will be a 50-minute intake. During this time, I'll invite you to share more about your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we'll begin to shape a personalized plan designed to help you feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more connected to yourself.

Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all process. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs and goals, whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship complexities, major life changes, or another area where you're seeking support.

Fees & Sessions

I offer both in-person therapy sessions at my Brooklyn Heights office and telehealth sessions for clients located in New York State.

Each session is 50 minutes and typically held weekly to support consistent progress. Both daytime and evening appointments are available, subject to scheduling.

My fee is $200 for a 50-minute individual session and $250 for couples sessions.

Individual Therapy (16+)

I offer dedicated, personalized psychotherapy designed to support your unique growth journey. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, seeking self-discovery, or aiming to improve your well-being, individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We'll work collaboratively to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and cultivate lasting positive change.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a dedicated space for partners to address challenges and strengthen their relationship. I welcome couples of all backgrounds, relationship structures, and stages. Whether you're looking to enhance communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, or prepare for significant life steps together, this therapy provides tools to foster a healthier, more fulfilling connection.

Telehealth

For clients seeking flexibility and convenience, I offer online therapy sessions. This secure and effective modality provides the same high-quality support as in-person therapy, allowing you to engage in sessions comfortably from your home, office, or any private location within New York State. I utilize a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure your privacy is protected.
