I am a New York City based psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
My approach to therapy
I’m a licensed therapist in Brooklyn with a specialty in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). It’s considered the gold standard for OCD treatment. I find it deeply rewarding- the results are concrete in a way that not all therapy is. I’m a member of the International OCD Foundation, which means I’m constantly learning from the people doing the most current work in OCD treatment.
I also work with adults dealing with anxiety and significant life transitions. My broader approach draws from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I tailor what I use to the person in front of me, not the other way around.
I trained at NYU and hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, with additional training from the Martha K. Selig Institute and the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Many of my clients identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, or neurodivergent, and I’m committed to making this a practice where people feel genuinely seen.
